From chronic over-thinker to therapy hype girl,
I’ve always been a helper. In 2018 I left my director role in pursuit of changing the mental wellness space to be more accessible, easily understood (less psychobabble please), and full of compassion and empathy.
As a former anxious kid I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood and be faced with toxic positivity. The phrases “just calm down” and “it could be worse” won’t be coming out of my mouth.
You will find me journaling, drinking a venti dirty chai, sitting by the ocean, or listening to a good playlist. My passion lies in helping woman manage their anxiety and racing thoughts by no longer avoiding but moving through their feelings with radical acceptance, self love, and boundaries
I’m all about self care, and not the BS fed to us on social media, but digging deep and asking yourself what it is you need. (no Lululemon necessary, unless that’s what you’re into)
